Mono-fabric resistant to abrasion due to impact and cutting. Mono-fabric resistant to impact, abrasion and cut integrated by three different layers: exterior, intermediate ligature and interior. The three layers woven and bound in the same structure form a single fabric from two-component technical yarns, where the yarns of the outer and inner layer of the fabric are formed by warp yarns and the yarns of the intermediate layer are formed by yarns of weft, so that the intermediate layer has some binding points on which the threads of the outer layer and displaced from the binding points of the intermediate layer evolve with those of the inner layer, keeping the threads of the outer and inner layer not linked among them. MONO-FABRIC RESISTANT TO IMPACT AND CUTTING ABRASION
D E S C R I P C I O N
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fabric, which we call mono-woven, composed of three layers of threads, outer layer, intermediate tie layer, and inner layer, where the threads of the outer and inner layers are not linked to each other, and which stands out for its resistance to impact abrasion and cutting.
The threads of the outer and inner layer of the fabric are formed by warp threads and the threads of the intermediate layer are formed by weft threads. Thus, the intermediate layer has ligature points with the threads of the outer layer and in turn, the intermediate layer has ligature points with the threads of the inner layer, so that the ligature points of the intermediate layer with the outer layer are offset with respect to the ligation points of the intermediate layer with the inner layer.
The object of the invention is to achieve a single fabric, or mono-fabric, that protects motorcyclists from eventual cafes and practitioners of risky sports, from wounds and burns on the skin caused by abrasion and rubbing on sliding on the asphalt, and of the cuts that can be produced when hitting a sharp object, such as guard rails or other vehicles, for example. In addition, the mono-fabric of the invention has insulating properties and low thermal conductivity, it is breathable and impermeable, being a mono-fabric as a whole that offers totally innovative features and properties that do not exist at present.
The fabric can be used as a fabric for the preparation of garments in general, protective garments, technical garments, and as the use of a technical fabric.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Motorcyclists have generally used fabric garments as protection against the elements such as wind, rain and cold.
Only a few years ago, textile garments offered components in localized areas for impact protection. These were products capable of absorbing impacts and preventing injuries to the driver or passenger of the motorcycle.
In contrast to users traveling by car, the only protection for motorcyclists is their helmet, and the textile garments they wear, including gloves and boots.
To date, protective clothing for motorcyclists on the market par excellence is made from leather (leather). The leather is very efficient in terms of protection against abrasion by impact and cut and to date no other textile material has been able to match it, but it is a rigid material that grants little freedom of movement, is uncomfortable, offers little breathability, condenses sweat and is not waterproof.
In addition, leather garments have a difficult maintenance, since they must be nourished with moisturizers, end up cracking over time and in summer they are very hot
Other developed mono-layer fabrics have a combination of Cordura®, Kevlar®, cotton, polyamide, etc. but they do not offer sufficient degree of protection in the case of impact abrasion and cut resistance.
At present, the only garments capable of satisfying the requirements of resistance to abrasion by impact and cut in an accident, in addition to those of leather, are:

- The garments of very heavy fabrics of a single layer, which increase the thickness of the fabric and its weight per square meter to increase the level of its resistance to abrasion by impact and cut, but which make them uncomfortable to use due to its increased weight and stiffness, reaching limited increases in levels of protection.
- Garments constructed with several layers of fabrics or multilayers, obtained from two or more fabrics made together. For example, a multilayer garment where the outer layer is a high tenacity Cordura® polyamide type polyamide fabric, to which another fabric is usually attached, usually a knitted fabric or mesh of an abrasion resistant material such as Kevlar® fiber very resistant to abrasion but not to traction. Thus, the first layer of polyamide eroded by the road asphalt surface is mechanically secured by the second layer, which causes the resulting fabric to have superior abrasion resistance to garments with mono-layer fabrics.
The garment, thus constructed with these multilayers of fabrics, prevents skin wounds caused by accidents caused by coffee in which the movement between the layers of fabrics that comprise the garment and the layer of inner tissue that is in contact with the skin, which does not move, make the forces distribute in the outer layer.
These multilayer garments provide the motorcyclist with an improvement over garments of mono-layer fabrics (little resistant to impact abrasion and cutting). However, the weight of the resulting final garment is high and makes it uncomfortable, not very flexible (since it does not offer elasticity), of difficult assembly in the cutting and preparation of the fabrics, being the appearance of the quilted garment, and excessively hot in summer.
All this makes these garments have a high manufacturing cost, and since they are not elastic garments, they cannot fit the body, which means that they do not

Wind resistance can be avoided by making the driving more insecure.
- Garments made of mono-layer fabrics composed of threads based on a mixture of natural fibers and technical fibers resistant to abrasion and cutting. Understanding mono-layer fabric is a single layer formed by a warp and a weft, where the warp is the technical thread and the weft comfort thread. In case of coffee on the asphalt, these garments offer some protection against abrasion on impact, but it does not have insulating capacity, so they transmit the heat produced by the abrasion when rubbing the fabric on the asphalt, producing burns to the user by convective heat due to the fact that, in the event of a possible motorcycle ride on the asphalt, the fabric that rubs on the asphalt generates a significant increase in friction temperature and at the same time the technical fiber, resistant to abrasion, melts causing plasticized parts that in the rubbing with the skin accentuate the wound.
For all these reasons, we observe that in the state of the art, no suitable fabric is known for the use of motorcyclists or athletes of risk sports, being understood as a single fabric, which offers high resistance to impact, abrasion and cutting, with capacity of convective heat insulation, elastic, and that prevents burns and that presents levels of protection from abrasion by impact, according to the UNE EN 13595-2: 2002 standard, both for level 1 (greater than 4 seconds) and for Level 2 (greater than 7 seconds)
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The recommended fabric has been conceived in order to solve the following aspects required by motorcyclists, professional motorists and risky athletes:
- Protection against accidental coffees, resistance to impact abrasion and cutting, with levels of protection that meets the UNE EN 13595-2: 2002 Level 1 and Level 2

- Protection against burns caused by rubbing.
- Breathability and thermal insulation.
- Body adjustability, flexibility, ease of movement and low wind resistance.
- Ease of maintenance and durability.
Thus, the mono-woven resistant to abrasion by impact and cut is composed of three layers of threads, where an outer layer, an intermediate tie layer and an inner layer are differentiated. In this sense, the three layers are woven and bound in the same structure, forming a single fabric, or mono-woven, from natural, artificial, cellulosic and synthetic fiber threads or mixtures thereof and in which the threads of the outer layer and the threads of the inner layer of the fabric are not linked together.
The mono-fabric of the invention presents the threads of the outer and inner layer of the fabric formed by warp threads and the threads of the intermediate or ligation layer formed by weft threads.
The threads of the intermediate layer have ligation points with the outer and inner layers, respectively, so that the ligation points of the intermediate layer with the threads of the outer layer are displaced with respect to the ligation points of the intermediate layer with those of the inner layer, so that the threads of the outer and inner layer are not linked together.
Understood as displaced, the position occupied by a ligation point of the intermediate layer with the outer layer never coincides with the position of the ligation point of the intermediate layer with the inner layer.
Advantageously, the result obtained is that of a structure integrated in a single, mono-woven fabric, which is characterized by having an outer layer and another inner layer completely separated from each other, although structurally integrated into a single set by means of the threads of the intermediate layer, but maintaining its characteristics and differentiated properties between them. Thus, the present invention,

It manages to keep the layers isolated between them and achieves a technical barrier between the outer and inner layers.
The fabric in question offers, due to its construction, a high resistance to abrasion and cut by impact to coffee and accidents. At the same time, being constituted by two layers of unbound and differentiated threads, an intermediate air layer is created that results in thermal insulation and breathability, also by its elasticity and recovery to its original tissue shape facilitates the movement and adaptation to the anatomy of the user, giving comfort and reducing wind resistance offering more driving safety
Optionally, the threads that form the layers are bicomponent technical threads, the bicomponent threads being formed by souls covered by wicks of cut fibers in which the soul is composed of continuous, textured, elastic and rigid filaments
The mono-woven resistant to impact and cut abrasion is integrated in its outer layer by two-component threads, the inside of the thread being constituted by at least one core of technical fiber, preferably, filaments of high resistance properties to the abrasion and cutting, and being the outside, covered by wicks of natural, artificial, cellulosic, synthetic or mixed fibers thereof.
In this way, the outer layer acts as a first protection or shell, being a textile structure with a high resistance to impact abrasion and cutting. It also protects the user from possible impacts of gravel, screws, insects or small foreign bodies that may impact while driving.
Optionally, the threads that make up the outer layer of the protective mono-fabric can be dyed with digo or sulfurous dyes to give the denim or cowboy fabric an appearance.
Optionally, the threads of the outer layer of the mono-fabric are treated with

products that waterproof them resulting in a rain resistant fabric.
The inner layer, which is in contact with the user's skin, regulates the thermal insulation. This inner layer is composed of threads of natural, cellulosic, synthetic, artificial fibers or mixtures thereof.
Optionally, this inner layer is composed of two-component threads consisting of a core of filaments with abrasion and cut resistance properties, and coated externally by natural, artificial, cellulosic, synthetic fibers or mixtures of them giving this layer a double protection . At the same time, since the wires are completely separated between the outer and inner layer, there is air between them giving rise to thermal insulation, allowing, first, the dissipation of the heat produced by friction due to the friction of the outer layer against the road asphalt in the event of a coffee by accident, increasing the protection time and preventing it from being transmitted to the inner layer and, secondly, this insulation favors thermoregulation
The intermediate layer is composed of elastic two-component threads made up, at least, of a core of the filament yarn of high abrasion and technical resistance fibers, together with elastomeric filaments, coated on the outside by natural, cellulosic, synthetic or synthetic fibers. mixtures of them giving the set elastic and recovery properties of its original form.
Advantageously, due to the elasticity and recovery of the fabric of the invention, it facilitates movement and adaptation to the anatomy of the user, giving comfort and reducing wind resistance by offering more driving safety for motorists.
Optionally, the threads of the intermediate layer or framework are tinted to give the whole Denim fabric appearance.

In order to offer a two-component yarn with high resistance to abrasion, breakage and shear resistance, the core of the two-component yarn is preferably a continuous or textured filament yarn of: UHMWPE Polyethylene, HT Polyamide (High Tenacity ), Metaramide, Aramid and / or HT (High Tenacity) polyester.
The soul of the two-component thread is covered by natural, artificial, cellulosic, synthetic fibers, or mixtures thereof
And where, optionally, the two-component threads of the outer face can be coated externally by a mixture of fire-resistant or fire-resistant synthetic fibers giving the fabric resistance to flame or fire.
The titles of the threads used in the mono-fabric of the invention, preferably, are threads that vary between 8 and 50 metric numbers.
On the other hand, the structure of the resulting mono-fabric is two-sided fabric by warp or weft with twill or flat ligaments.
The combination of the binding of the two-component threads of the outer and inner layers combined with the elastic two-component weft threads of the intermediate layer, according to the invention, allows to obtain an elasticity across the fabric superior to the fabrics of the market and, in addition, to be able to adjust the garment perfectly to the body with great comfort for the user and for greater security
Thus, the fabric of the invention is elastic with an elasticity greater than 18%, being comfortable with the movements and with a recovery power of the initial form less than 4% due to the properties of the fibers used, an aspect of great relevance for the excessive time a motorist can spend with knees bent on the motorcycle.

The developed mono-fabric can have up to 50% more threads per square centimeter than known monolayer fabrics, so it does not produce wounds and burns in the event of accidents caused by coffee or shocks, and reaches very high levels of protection and heat dissipation greater than those offered by known monolayer tissues.
Among the advantages offered by the mono-fabric of the invention, it is worth highlighting its thermosetting essence, which makes it a hybrid structure suitable for all seasons and weather conditions. At the same time, it acts as a technical barrier of protection, and to abrasion by impact (when the textile structure falls against the pavement and slides on the asphalt). During this physical friction process, the heat produced by the kinetic energy produced is dissipated to the intermediate layer of the structure, preventing and retarding that this heat transfers to the interior structure that is in contact with the skin, avoiding burns and scratches on The skin of the user.
On the other hand, among the advantages of the fabric of the invention compared to garments developed with various fabrics (multilayer garments) stand out the ease of cutting, preparation and assembly and, therefore, also its cost of production, being lighter garments, that all seasons of the year can be used.
Also the fabric of the invention is ergonomic for its elastic structure with shape memory, which allows to achieve an ability to adapt to the human anatomy, being an unpublished product with respect to existing solutions in the market such as leather or multilayer garments. This proposal allows an adaptation to the human body, which makes it more comfortable and offers greater safety during driving.
Advantageously, the fabric stands out for its easy maintenance, since it can be washed in a washing machine and dried by means of a punch, which facilitates its maintenance against other materials such as leather or multilayer garments, formed by two or more fabrics.

It is necessary to highlight that in the tests carried out it has been possible to verify that the fabric of the invention can have 50% more threads per square centimeter than the monolayer fabrics, guarantees protection up to 32 meters displaced from the user on the asphalt and presents a level of protection from abrasion to impact, according to the UNE EN 13595-2: 2002 standard, both for level 1 (greater than 4 seconds) and for level 2 (greater than 7 seconds).
